Cookie Policy

Effective date: September 9, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how EduVision LLC (“EduVision,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit eduvisionllc.com.

It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that websites store on a computer, smartphone, tablet, or other device.

Cookies can help a website function correctly, remember visitor preferences, maintain security, understand how visitors use the website, and provide content from external services.

Cookies may be set directly by EduVision’s website or by third-party services used on the website.

Similar technologies

In addition to cookies, websites and connected services may use similar technologies, including:

  • Browser local storage.

  • Session storage.

  • Tracking pixels.

  • Web beacons.

  • Embedded scripts.

  • Device or browser identifiers.

  • Tags and analytics events.

  • Server logs.

  • Content-delivery requests.

References to cookies in this policy may also include these related technologies where appropriate.

First-party and third-party cookies
First-party cookies

First-party cookies are set by eduvisionllc.com. They may be used to operate the website, remember consent preferences, support form functionality, and maintain security.

Third-party cookies

Third-party cookies are set by services provided through another domain. They may be used for analytics, security, embedded content, media delivery, or other functions described in this policy.

Third-party providers control their own cookies and related technologies according to their respective privacy policies.

Categories of cookies we use

The website may use the following categories of cookies and related technologies.

Strictly necessary cookies

Strictly necessary cookies support functions required for the website to operate securely and correctly.

They may be used to:

  • Maintain website security.

  • Prevent fraudulent or automated form submissions.

  • Process website forms.

  • Remember cookie-consent selections.

  • Support essential WordPress and Brizy functionality.

  • Maintain website sessions.

  • Balance traffic and deliver pages reliably.

  • Detect and prevent technical abuse.

These cookies cannot normally be disabled through the website’s cookie preference center because the website may not function properly without them.

You may still block them through your browser settings, but doing so may affect website functionality.

Analytics cookies

Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the website.

They may collect information about:

  • Pages visited.

  • Referring websites and traffic sources.

  • Approximate visit duration.

  • General geographic location.

  • Browser and device characteristics.

  • Website navigation.

  • Interactions with buttons, forms, and content.

  • Technical errors and website performance.

We use this information to understand which pages and resources are useful, improve website navigation, identify technical problems, and evaluate overall website performance.

Analytics cookies are not intended to identify you directly. However, they may use online identifiers that can distinguish one browser or device from another.

Where consent is required, analytics cookies will remain disabled until you choose to accept them.

Functional and media technologies

Functional technologies support optional website features and externally hosted content, including video playback.

Some website videos are hosted through Adilo and delivered by infrastructure associated with BigCommand LLC.

The current EduVision video widgets generally load video files and poster images directly rather than loading the complete Adilo player. This configuration may not place an Adilo cookie in your browser, but the video provider may still receive technical information needed to deliver the media, such as your IP address, browser information, requested file, date, time, and referring page.

If the website later uses a complete embedded Adilo player, Adilo may use cookies, pixels, local storage, analytics, or similar technologies according to its configuration and policies.

Where required, optional media or tracking technologies will be activated only after the relevant consent has been provided.

Marketing and email technologies

The website does not currently use advertising cookies to display personalized advertising.

EduVision uses Brevo to deliver requested resources and manage certain email communications. Brevo may use tracking pixels or similar technologies within emails to measure delivery, opens, link interactions, and unsubscribes, depending on how the email campaign is configured.

Email tracking technologies operate within delivered emails rather than functioning as ordinary website cookies.

Visitors can unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time through the link provided in an email or by contacting info@eduvisionllc.com.

Cookies and technologies currently associated with the website

The specific cookies present may vary according to website configuration, visitor location, consent choices, browser settings, and changes made by third-party providers.

Cookie consent preference

Provider: EduVision website or its consent-management platform.

Purpose: Records whether a visitor accepted, rejected, or customized optional cookie categories.

Category: Strictly necessary.

Typical duration: Up to six months, unless the preference is changed, renewed, or deleted earlier.

The precise cookie name will depend on the consent-management platform installed on the final website.

WordPress and Brizy

Provider: EduVision website, WordPress, and Brizy.

Purpose: Supports website operation, form processing, session management, security, and technical functionality.

Category: Strictly necessary.

Typical duration: Session-based or according to the specific technical function.

Not every visitor will receive the same WordPress or Brizy cookies. Some WordPress cookies are used only for administrators or logged-in users and are not normally placed for general website visitors.

Google Analytics _ga

Provider: Google Analytics.

Purpose: Distinguishes one browser or visitor from another for website measurement.

Category: Analytics.

Default duration: Two years.

This cookie should be set only after the visitor provides analytics consent where such consent is required.

Google Analytics _ga_<container-id>

Provider: Google Analytics.

Purpose: Maintains information about a visitor’s analytics session.

Category: Analytics.

Default duration: Two years.

The actual cookie name includes the identifier of the Google Analytics property or container.

Google reCAPTCHA

Provider: Google.

Purpose: Helps distinguish legitimate form submissions from spam, automated activity, and abuse.

Category: Strictly necessary or security.

Possible technologies: Google may use cookies, browser information, IP addresses, device signals, and interaction data to assess whether a submission is likely to have been made by a person.

Duration: Determined by Google according to the particular security cookie or technology used.

Because reCAPTCHA protects website forms and infrastructure, it may operate when a visitor accesses or submits a protected form.

The use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Google Terms of Service.

Adilo and BigCommand

Provider: Adilo and BigCommand LLC.

Purpose: Hosts and delivers video files displayed on the EduVision website.

Category: Functional or media.

Cookies in the current direct-video configuration: None expected from the direct HTML video element itself, although the provider may process technical request and server-log information.

Additional technologies may be used if a complete Adilo player, plugin, analytics feature, or interactive video tool is introduced.

More information is available in the BigCommand Privacy Policy and BigCommand Cookie Policy.

Bunny Fonts and content delivery

Provider: bunny.net.

Purpose: Delivers website fonts and related content.

Category: Functional or technical delivery.

Cookies: No website cookie is ordinarily required merely to request a font file, but the provider may process technical request information such as IP address, browser information, requested resource, date, and time.

More information is available in the bunny.net Privacy Policy.

Brevo email technologies

Provider: Brevo.

Purpose: Delivers requested resources and optional email communications and may measure email delivery or interaction.

Category: Email communication and measurement.

Technology: Email pixels, link tracking, delivery records, and related communication data may be used depending on the campaign configuration.

These technologies generally operate within emails rather than directly through ordinary website browsing.

More information is available in the Brevo Privacy Policy.

Google Analytics and consent

Google Analytics will be configured so that analytics consent is denied by default where required.

Before consent, the website’s consent-management configuration should prevent Google Analytics cookies from being stored. After a visitor accepts analytics cookies, the consent status may be updated and Google Analytics may begin collecting measurement information.

If a visitor rejects analytics cookies, the website should continue to provide its essential content and contact functionality.

EduVision does not currently use Google Analytics for personalized advertising.

How to manage cookie preferences

When you first visit the website, you may be shown a cookie banner that allows you to:

  • Accept all optional cookies.

  • Reject non-essential cookies.

  • Customize your preferences by category.

  • Review additional information about the technologies used.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the Cookie Settings link available on the website.

Changing your preferences will affect future use of cookies. It may not automatically delete cookies that were stored before the preference was changed. You can delete existing cookies through your browser settings.

Browser controls

Most browsers allow you to review, block, or delete cookies.

Browser controls may allow you to:

  • View cookies stored on your device.

  • Delete individual cookies.

  • Delete all stored cookies.

  • Block third-party cookies.

  • Block cookies from selected websites.

  • Clear cookies when the browser closes.

  • Receive a warning before a cookie is stored.

Instructions vary by browser and device. Consult the help or privacy section of your browser for specific guidance.

Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent certain website features or forms from working correctly.

Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track

Some browsers and extensions transmit privacy preference signals, including Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track.

Where applicable law requires recognition of a legally valid privacy signal, we will process that signal as required.

Because EduVision does not sell personal information for monetary consideration and does not currently use website information for cross-context behavioral advertising, certain opt-out signals may not change the website’s ordinary operation.

Browser-based signals do not necessarily replace the choices available through the website’s Cookie Settings panel.

Third-party websites

The website may contain links to social media services, accreditation organizations, technology providers, or other third-party websites.

Following an external link may allow the third party to set its own cookies or collect information according to its privacy practices. EduVision does not control cookies placed on third-party websites.

You should review the privacy and cookie information provided by the relevant third party.

Updates to this Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when:

  • Website functionality changes.

  • New services or integrations are added.

  • Cookies are added, removed, or reconfigured.

  • A service provider changes its technology.

  • Applicable legal or regulatory requirements change.

The updated policy will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
